Booker Noe Distillery

Booker Noe Distillery is an offshoot of Jim Beam Distillery specializing in small-batch, handcrafted, craft whiskey that is top-of-the-line and high-end for the most discerning consumer. The distillery is named after Booker Noe, a sixth-generation master bourbon distiller from the Beam family. Beam Suntory owns the distillery.

The brand was introduced in 1992 as a high-end, small-batch bourbon made in limited-size batches and each offering has a unique flavor profile that is unparalleled. The offerings are inspired by the 200-year old Beam family bourbon-making tradition. All offerings are uncut and unfiltered, bringing a unique flavor profile to whiskey drinkers worldwide.

Offerings

Booker Noe bourbon is one of the most popular and well-loved small-batch Kentucky straight bourbon whiskeys. Their offerings are made in limited-size batches, and when they are gone, they are gone. This makes them an in-demand, high-end craft bourbon that is sought after worldwide.

Their offerings are barrel-strength bourbon that is uncut and unfiltered. The bourbon is aged in a specific part of the rickhouse thought to have the best conditions for aging. The barrels are aged in the center, where the temperature and humidity are perfect for creating perfectly-balanced and well-aged bourbon whiskey.

Their current batch is Beaten Biscuits. It is a batch made on a single date in April 2019 and is named after homemade biscuits made by Booker Noe. It is a 126 proof, aged bourbon whiskey with a sophisticated and complex sweet flavor, with those spicy notes we expect from a bourbon. It has a clean, smooth finish. This special edition bourbon was aged 6 years, 6 months, and 19 days until it reached its perfect maturity.

They just released a new bourbon, which was bottled in January of 2020, known as Granny’s Batch. This bourbon has a complex and smooth, sweet flavor, with spicy notes and a clean finish. It is 126 proof and aged for 6 days, 4 months, and 21 days. This limited offering is named after Granny Noe, who was the youngest of Jim Beam’s kids.
